Hey, What's with the Artwork and Photos on the Product Pages? And Where Can I Get a Copy?
I wanted to include artwork and other images to make my website more fun and unexpected. If you're interested in an artist's work, I've included contact info on that product’s page. You can also visit the “Artists Credits” page to learn about works featured on the Home Page.
NEW! As of 9/7/23, If you live in the US and your order totals at least $175, you receive FREE SHIPPING! Shipping method will be chosed by Flora Adora Fibers.
I currently ship only within the United States. Items will be shipped via USPS First Class or Priority mail, though this may vary if free shipping is chosen. Shipping costs are determined by USPS and calculated by actual product weight at checkout.
Orders usually ship out within 1-2 business days. When your order has been completely processed you’ll receive an email notification with your tracking number. You may get this notification a day or 2 before the order is actually mailed. If you don’t receive a shipping notification, please contact me at email@example.com.
Once orders have been shipped, they are the customer's responsibility. Flora Adora Fibers is not liable for lost or stolen packages. If your package was lost, please contact USPS directly to resolve the issue. Track and monitor shipments closely to decrease their risk of being stolen. Purchasing insurance is an option, though you may need to upgrade to priority mail for that.

Yarn prices are subject to change at any time due to wool, yarn, dye and shipping cost fluctuations.

Please contact me if you are unhappy with your order for any reason, including damage or receiving the wrong item, so I can work to resolve the issue.
Payment will be refunded through the method that you paid after the returned item is received in good condition. The customer is responsible for shipping costs, as shipping charges are non-refundable. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with questions.
Refund (minus original shipping) will be issued upon safe arrival of items. Exchanging for a different product is always welcome. If your items were damaged in transit, photos of the package, damage and any other applicable documentation are required in order to file a claim with the post office.
Yarn that is unwound or caked is not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Discounted yarn and other sale items are final sales and not eligible to return.
Please keep in mind that colors vary between screens. Also, that dyes lots vary as well. If you are unsure about a color, please contact me at email@example.com for help.
